PHASE 1 – DRAKES VIEW

The first release at Marina Village is Drakes View, a striking waterfront building now under construction and scheduled for completion in mid 2027.

Positioned to capture sweeping views across Millbay Marina and out towards Plymouth Sound, Drakes View sets the architectural tone for the wider village — modern coastal living with generous glazing, south-facing aspects and immediate access to dockside walkways.

PHASE 1 – THE PIER

Launching approximately 2027 – 2029, Building A will occupy the prominent pier position within the masterplan.

With direct water adjacency and long-range views across the harbour, this phase will offer a distinctive living experience at the edge of the marina. Naming for this building will be revealed in due course.

PHASE 3 – THE CARPARK

The final phase, anticipated between 2029 – 2031, will complete Marina Village and bring the vision fully to life.

Building C will transform the current carpark site into high-quality waterfront homes, further enhancing the sense of arrival and cohesion across the development.
